Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Seminar Format

Full-Day Workshop

What It's About

Join us to discover the rich variety of olive cultivars and enjoy tasting olive oils from renowned producers in classic European regions such as Apulia, Andalusia, Catalonia, Crete, Peloponnese, Istria, and Sicily.

We're clearing things up; myth or not, we'll show you the parameters that matter today. From cultivation to production methods and enjoyment.
We will taste and discuss extra virgin olive oils, accompanied by spoon-sized dishes for your personal aroma 'aha!' moment.

You will gain insider insights into a market that, in many respects, still lies dormant, yet is also forging its way forward with an immense development booster.
