Basic Seminar: Sustainability in Viticulture

Seminar Format

Full-day in-person seminar with workshop modules

What It's About

The topic of sustainability is increasingly moving the wine industry. Recent wine harvests clearly show the consequences of climate change with its extreme weather events, pushing businesses to their limits. Consumer expectations make it clear: it is high time to act and demonstrate responsibility for the environment and society.

Nevertheless, sustainability seems so complex to many businesses that getting started with the topic is difficult. How should we handle the topic of sustainability? What does this topic mean specifically for us and our business? How do we tackle this complex issue? What is required? Certification or sustainability reporting—which are the right tools for our business?
