ABOUT THE PERSON:

Born in 1963 and a dedicated hotelier until 2022.

I worked in the catering and hotel industry from 1978 to 2022. Starting in 1986, my husband and I operated a small hotel in the beautiful Schwarzwassertal. About 20 years ago, I discovered my passion for wine. Since then, I have loved constantly expanding and sharing my knowledge on the subject of wine. From the grape to the glass. Wine with food or food with wine? How do I find the right combination?
Wine journeys through the magnificent variety of different grape types, combined with stories about wine and varieties. Learning to know, taste, and enjoy. The goal of my seminars is to convey interesting facts in an entertaining and memorable way.
