Starting in 1986, my husband and I operated a small hotel in the beautiful Schwarzwassertal. About 20 years ago, I discovered my passion for wine. Since then, I have loved constantly expanding and sharing my knowledge on the subject of wine. From the grape to the glass. Wine with food or food with wine? How do I find the right combination?       <br\/>Wine journeys through the magnificent variety of different grape types, combined with stories about wine and varieties. Learning to know, taste, and enjoy.
