Food product knowledge (depending on the elective qualification)

5 teaching units of 3.5 hours each (online); homework and homework review; feedback to the training company

Instructor

The lecturers Susanne Ehring and Jörg Zimmermann (member of FuW.e.V.) have been working for several years for various companies as online trainers in the areas of exam preparation, vocational school support lessons (Sales/Retail Management), AEVO exam preparation, Certified Trade Specialist (IHK), and Sommelier (IHK).

Duration

Times: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM respectively
